Why Bother with Health & Wellness?

 If you have had me for Health and Phys. Ed. already, you may remember me stating "You get one body, treat it well."  It might sound a little cliché but it is the truth.  Many of us, including myself, neglect our physical and mental health for short or even long periods of time.  At the end of the day each of us are human and we forget to set aside time for daily physical activity, quiet time to decompress and a healthy meal made fresh.  Does this ring a bell?  If you are relating to this, know that you are not alone.  It is okay to get off track and there is no need to beat yourself up.  Recognize the problem, make a plan and take action.  Without your health, there is no you!
