Happy Hydrating

64 is the magic number!  Did you know the recommended daily water intake is 64 oz?  It is also equal to 8 glasses.  You may be saying to yourself “I barely drink one.”  If you are terribly guilty of not drinking enough H2O, it is time to create a healthy habit and here is why.  The benefits to staying hydrated include; regulating body temperature, clearer skin, boosts immune system, increases metabolism, and carrying essential nutrients throughout the body.  If 64 oz is too difficult to start with, begin with a quarter or half of that amount.  Once you start to feel and see the positive change you will be drinking the recommended amount or more in no time.  Try it HC, I dare you!
